We Stand Behind Our Products

At AZZARUS®, we are committed to designing high-quality products that deliver comfort, performance, and reliability. Every eligible AZZARUS product is backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, giving you added confidence with your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

AZZARUS warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase.

If your product is determined to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, AZZARUS will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product with the same or a comparable model
• Provide another appropriate resolution if a replacement is unavailable.

Proof of purchase from AZZARUS or an authorized retailer is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Covered

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Electrical or mechanical failures resulting from manufacturing defects
• Product components that fail during normal intended use

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage
• Improper storage or handling
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
• Damage caused by improper charging, improper power sources, or failure to follow the product instructions
• Commercial or industrial use unless specifically stated
• Loss, theft, or intentional damage

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please email our Customer Support team with:

• Your name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Product name and model (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product
• A short video demonstrating the issue (if applicable)

Warranty Review Process

Once we receive your warranty request, our support team will review the information provided. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.

If your warranty claim is approved, AZZARUS will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable model, or provide another appropriate resolution if a replacement is unavailable. We will provide instructions for the next steps. In some cases, we may request that the original product be returned for inspection before issuing a replacement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AZZARUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or jurisdiction.
