Refund policy

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, opened or used water flossers and replacement tips can't be returned for a change of mind. Defective, damaged or incorrect products remain eligible for an appropriate remedy (replacement or refund) even if they have been opened or used.

How to start a return

Email info@azzarus.co with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back. We'll email you a prepaid return label and instructions, which helps us track your parcel and process your refund quickly. This authorization step is an administrative process only and does not limit or override any rights you have under applicable consumer law or the AZZARUS Limited Warranty.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, we provide a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your refund. If an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, AZZARUS pays for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, whether or not it has been opened or used, let us know, ideally within 7 days of delivery and with photos where possible. We'll resolve it with a replacement or a refund, and AZZARUS covers any return shipping. The 7-day request helps us act quickly; it does not limit your rights under the AZZARUS Limited Warranty or applicable law.

Warranty (separate from returns)

This 30-day return policy is separate from our product warranty. Manufacturing defects that appear after the return window are handled under the AZZARUS Limited Warranty: 1 year for AZZARUS devices and 30 days for replacement tips.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original under this policy and place a new order.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, and opened or used water flossers and replacement tips (unless damaged, defective or incorrect).
